I'm taking on my dream project: a full, ground-up restoration of a classic scooter. I'm looking for a vintage Vespa PX 150 that is complete but in need of mechanical and cosmetic work. A non-running scooter is fine, as I plan to disassemble the entire thing, but the frame must be straight and relatively rust-free.
